Thanks to the staff in your Boston office for my recent second surgery. Just like my first experience, the doctor seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. The entire staff (from receptionists and counselors to nurse and assistants) were very out-going and friendly. This is appreciated when one is in a medical office and they helped to pass the time during the procedure.

I selected Bosley Medical after an exhausting search via the Internet and personal visits to other clinics. I spent a great deal of time and energy looking for the best, most reputable, most reliable, most personal, most caring clinic. All other clinics had very high pressured sales. Bosley was extremely patient, never pressured me, and answered many calls from me with questions. I still was not sure. What was this worth to me? Well, anyone losing their hair knows, it's worth everything! Hair loss robbed me of my youth. I worked out daily, yet I still felt old, and I got tired of people guessing me to be older than I was. I got tired of trying to comb over my hair at age 26. It devastated my self-esteem. I felt every time I walked into a room, people would make comments like, "Wow, what great shape for your age. You are, like, what, 34-35?" It just wasn't fair. I always dreamed of one day having what we all know as "bed head." And you know what? I now do! And I am so grateful when someone comments that my hair is sticking up. I say, "Thank you! And thank you, Bosley Medical, for changing my life!" I am more confident and now have a beautiful woman I never imagined I could have. My self-esteem is through the roof.

I started losing my hair when I was 17 and still in high school. I have spent the last nine years pretending that going bald really wasn't that bad and that it didn't bother me. It took nine years, but I wasn't "going bald." I am bald and I had to do something about it... I couldn't take the chance of getting the "corn row" result that I have seen on a number of people. So after reviewing your [Bosley Medical] package and watching your late night commercials for the past several years, I finally made the call, packed my car and headed for [Bosley Medical] Boston... .Everything went great and I headed home. After a couple of days of talking with the bank, I got the money together... The reason I am writing this letter is to let you know how happy and impressed I was with the way I was treated by everyone at the Boston office. Dr. Phillips is a great guy and I hope he knows what a great bunch of nurses he has working for him. They have great personalities and treated me like I was important... In about a year, when I pay off this loan, I will definitely be heading back down to start the next bunch of grafts... I hope to see all of you again very soon.

I left the office very comfortable - both physically and psychologically - in the decision I had made in choosing Bosley Medical... Right from the beginning, I sensed a different atmosphere in your office, one where the customer's needs - both in appearance and financially - were the #1 priority, not the almighty dollar. Each visit, I found your office staff to be accommodating, courteous and appreciative of confidentiality in this "private" matter. Your assistants have proven to be very compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. The pride in their work is evident in their attention to detail and willingness to take the time to "do the job right." I have found all these qualities in your [Dr. Phillips] work as well. It is a sign of a finely run operation, when there is consistency and quality in each aspect of the organization... My only regret is that I did not seek Bosley Medical's expertise earlier.
